Chef Sophie Dalah is an Australian born chef who grew up in the food industry. Sophie leans on her Jewish Iraqi heritage combined with her love of Japanese cooking to develop uniquely inspired flavours. Sophie’s menus are inspired by seasonal and local produce sourced directly from farmer’s markets. Sophie is passionate about supporting local Californian farms - she believes that seasonal produce not only tastes the best, but also helps support ethical industries.

Sophie began her career as a private chef, slowly developing a small catering company that has the capacity to feed up to 300 people whilst maintaining and nurturing that intimate, family style experience that people love so much.
